Here are the rules:

The subscriber must be brand new to RefundCents. Renewals don't count.
No referring of someone at your same address.
No referring of spouses.
Payment will be made when your account reaches $5.
All payments will be in the form of a check from RefundCents.
Only on-line orders count toward the affiliate program. Snail mail orders will be handled using the traditional RC credit system.
