If you have on-line only access, and don't know your account number, email me at easter@refundcents.com and I'll get back to you with your account number. Fill out this information exactly as it appears on your RMC label. Fields marked with * are required. Click "Continue" when you're done. Soon after, you will receive an email with "Account Login" in the subject line. When you read that email, there is a blue link near the bottom. You MUST click on that blue link to finish the process. Your account is not created until you click that link. After that, you should always use your own unique user name and password to log into www.refundcents.com
